BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 692

DECLARING MONDAY, 18 MARCH 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, on 18 March 2019, Monday, the Province of Masbate will mark the celebration of its 118" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 18 March 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Masbate.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
