PROCLAMATION NO. 692

DECLARING MONDAY, 21 OCTOBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIGCAWAYAN, PROVINCE OF NORTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of North Cotabato will mark the celebration of its 718‘ Founding Anniversary on 20 October 2024, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Pigcawayan to fully participate in the occasion, the Sangguniang Bayan of Pigcawayan requested that 21 October 2024, Monday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 20 October 2024;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pigcawayan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 21 October 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of North Cotabato.
