BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 693 DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY/28, 1991, AS "TANGUB CITY DAY"

WHEREAS, Thursday, February 28, 1991, marks the 23rd city charter anniversary of Tangub City;

WHEREAS ; the residents of Tangub City desire to cele- brate with fitting ceremonies this milestone in their city's history;

• NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, February 28, 1991, as "Tangub City Day". The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed. ‘
