MALACANAMANll..A 1L1F-AJ Jq7 BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 693 AUTHORIZING THE R. I. DISTRICT 3780 ROTARY CENTER FOUNDATION, INC. TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR WHEREAS, the R. .1. District 3780 Rotary Center Foundation, Inc., is a non- governmental and socio-civic organization which seeks to promote the Rotarian ideals of cQmmunity service and high ethical standards in the practice of one's profession and business; WHEREAS, the R. I. District 3780 Rotary Center Foundation, Inc., has directed its efforts to the construction of a Rotary Center Building to assist Rotary Clubs throughout the country in the planning and delivery of their various communityservices; WHEREAS, the said building which ~hall seIVe as headquarters and meeting place for the District and the various clubs shall also seIVe as venue for Rotary sponsored livelihood training programs, cooperative seminars and free medical/ dental clinics for indigents; WHEREAS, the R. I. District 3780 Rotary Center Foundation, Inc. has lirilited resources and funds for this laudable goal; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the R. I.
