VALENCIA FOUNDATION, INC., NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD TO OF WHEREAS, the Teodoro F. Valencia Foundation, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 464, dated September 8, 1994, to conduct a national fund campaign up to September 8, 1995; " WHEREAS. the additional;.- Teodoro F. Valencia Foundation, Inc.,time to raise more funds for its laudable needs goal; NOW, THEREFORE. I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Teodoro F. Valencia Foundation, Inc., to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one (1) year, effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.
