OF ILOILO AND IN THE CITY OF ILOILO WHEREAS, Saturday, March 2, 1991, marks the lOOth birth anniversary of the late Senator Tomas Confesor, War Hero'and Nationalist, who served as Governor of the Civil Re- " sistance.Government of panay and Romblon; WHEREAS, the people of the Province of Iloilo and the City of Iloilo should be given full opportunity to cele- brate the lOOth birth anniversary of the late Tomas Confesor with fitting ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C.
