MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAfiflATION N0.696 DECLARING THURSDAY, 16 JANUARY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF NAVOTAS WHEREAS, the City of Navotas marks the commemoration of its lOS**^ Foundation Day anniversary on Thursday, 16 January 2014; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Navotas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, 16 January 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Navotas.
