BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 696

DECLARING FRIDAY, 05 APRIL 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, on 05 April 2019, Friday, the Province of Pangasinan will mark the celebration of its 439"" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Pangasinan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 05 April 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Pangasinan.
