PROCLAMATION NO. 696

DECLARING SATURDAY, 26 OCTOBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ANGELES, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA

WHEREAS, on 26 October 2024, Saturday, the City of Angeles. Province of Pampanga will mark the celebration of the Tigtigan Terakan Keng Dalan Festival, a celebration of the city’s recovery from the Mt. Pinatubo eruption in June 1991;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Angeles be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 26 October 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Angeles, Province of Pampanga.
