BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 697

DECLARING FRIDAY, 22 MARCH 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MALAYBALAY, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON

WHEREAS, on 22 March 2019, Friday, the City of Malaybalay, Province of Bukidnon, will mark the celebration of its 21°t Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Malaybalay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 22 March 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Malaybalay, Province of Bukidnon.
