BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 698

DECLARING MONDAY, 08 APRIL 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN MOUNTAIN PROVINCE

WHEREAS, on 07 April 2019, Sunday, Mountain Province will mark its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of Mountain Province to fully celebrate the occasion, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Mountain Province requested that Monday, 08 April 2019 (instead of 07 April 2019 which falls on a Sunday), be declared a special (non-working) day in Mountain Province; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Mountain Province be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 08 April 2019, a special (non-working) day in Mountain Province.
