• MALACANANG Manila f1F IJ /q7q BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.699 DECLARING SATURDAY, DECEMBER 2, IN PASAY CITY 1995, AS A SPECIAL DAY WHEREAS, Saturday, December 2, 1995, 132nd anniversary of Pasay City; marks the WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of Pasay City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Saturday, December 2, 1995, as a special day in Pasay City.
