DECLARING FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUMACA, QUEZON

WHEREAS, Friday, November 12, 2010, the Municipality of Gumaca, Quezon marks its Foundation Day anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gumaca, Quezon be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, November 12, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gumaca, Quezon.
