MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 07 DECLARING THURSDAY, 14 JULY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GUIHULNGAN, NEGROS ORIENTAL WHEREAS, Thursday, 14 July 2016, marks the Charter Day of the City of Guihulngan, Negros Oriental; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Guihulngan, Negros Oriental be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. WIEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 14 July 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Guihulngan, Negros Oriental.
