.-MR 18 191 MALACANANG Manila .3(, .BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 700 AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 251 DATED MAY 4, 1.951 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE WORKINGMEN' S VILLAGE (BARRIO OBRERO) RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ILOILo, ISLAND OF PANAY BY EXCLUDING A PORTION OF THE LANDS EMBRACED TEHREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR THE USE OF THE NATIONAL POWER CORPORA- TION FOR ITS FACILITIES SITE PURPOSES Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines,o do hereby amend Proclamation No. 251 dated May 4, 1951 which established the Workingmen's Village (Barrio Obrero) reservation situated in Iloilo City, Island of panay by excluding a portion of the land embraced therein and reserving the same for the use of the National Power Corporation (NPC) for its facilities site purposes, subject to private rights, if any therebe, which portion is more particularly described as . , follows" to wit: A PARCEL OF LAND (Block 29, Ccs-06- 000158, being cons. subd. of Lots 1 & 3, of Proclamation No. 251 and Lot 3810, Iloilo Cad.) situated at Barrio Obrero, " Lapus, District of La Paz, City of Iloilo, Island of panay. Bounded on the NW., along lines 1-2- 3-4 by Lot 1, Proclamation No. 251, Ccs-06- 000158 (port.); on the NE., and SE.,along lines 4-5-6-7-8 by Guimaras Strait; on the SW., along line 8-9 by Block 30, Ccs-06- 000158; on the SW. and NW., along lines 9-10-11-1 by Lot 1, Proclamation No. 251, Ccs-06-000158 (port.)
