BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 700

DECLARING FRIDAY, 29 MARCH 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BINANGONAN, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, on 29 March 2019, Friday, the Municipality of Binangonan, Province of Rizal, will mark the celebration of its 119" founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Binangonan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 29 March 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Binangonan, Province of Rizal.
