DECLARING SATURDAY, 18 JANUARY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF
LAGUNA
WHEREAS, Saturday, 18 January 2014, marks the 222"? Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in. the
occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary,
by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO II, do hereby declare Saturday, 18 January 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Santa
Rosa, Laguna.
