PROCLAMATION NO. 703

DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN

WHEREAS, Thursday, September 23, 2004, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Naval, Biliran; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of © Naval, Biliran, be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipality’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, September 23, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran, to be known as "Pueblo Day.”

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
