DECLARING THURSDAY, 16 JANUARY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATANGAS
WHEREAS, the City of Batangas marks the feast day of its patron saint, Sto. Nifio on Thursday, 16 January 2014, as well as the holding of a Tourism and Cultural Day;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, 16 January 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Batangas.
