BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 704

DECLARING MONDAY, 10 FEBRUARY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAOAG

WHEREAS, the City of Laoag marks the celebration of the Pamulinawen Festival and the feast of its patron saint, St. William the Hermit:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO-..S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 10 February 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Laoag. .
