BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 704

DECLARING THURSDAY, 25 APRIL 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMALAYAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL

MINDORO

WHEREAS, on 25 April 2019, Thursday, the Municipality of Pinamalayan, Province of Oriental Mindoro, will mark the celebration of the Bahaghari Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pinamalayan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 25 April 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pinamalayan, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
