PROCLAMATION NO. 704

DECLARING MONDAY, 04 NOVEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 04 November 2024, Monday, the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its annual festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Carlos be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 04 November 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental.
