PROCLAMATION NO. 706

DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAIS

WHEREAS, Thursday, September 9, 2004, the City of Bais marks its Charter Day anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bais be given full opportunity to participate in these momentous events.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, September 9, 2004, as special (non- working) day in the City of Bais.

IN.WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines.
