DECLARING MONDAY, 20 JANUARY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC
WHEREAS, the City of Tarlac marks the celebration of the 3 Melting Pot Festival on Monday, 20 January 2014, with the theme “Sigla. sa Pagkakaisa,”
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, !, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 20 January 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.
