. MALACANANG MANn.A BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 707 AUTHORIZING THe TASK FORCE FOR CREDIT FOR THE POOR, ACTION ARM OF THE PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION TO FIGHT POVERTY. TO CONDUCT A FUND CAMPAIGN FROM DATE HEREOF TO DECEMBER 11, 1996. CO WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 466, dated 5 September 1994, granted the Task Force/or the Credit for the Poor the authority to conduct a national fund campaign up to September 7: 1995; WHEREAS, the Task Force needs additional time to raise funds for its laudable objectives. NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAM,OS, President of the Republic of thePhilippine~, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Task Force For Credit or The Poor to conduct a fund campaign from date hereof up to December 11: 1996 and to establish a Trust Fund for this purpose. All donations, bequests and gifts received by the Task Force For Credit for The Poor for the implementatiotl of this programs and activities shall be free from all forms of taxes and shall be deductible in full from the income of the donor for purposes of computing his income tax liability, subject to the pertinent provisions of Sections 9A(a) (3) and (b) (2) and 29 (h) (2) (c) (i) of the National Inte.-nal Revenue Code, asamended.
