BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 707

DECLARING MONDAY, 20 JANUARY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA

WHEREAS, the City of Lipa marks the celebration of its City Fiesta on Monday, 20 January 2014;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Hl, do hereby declare Monday, 20 January 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.
