BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 707

DECLARING THURSDAY, 25 APRIL 2019, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ISABELA, PROVINCE OF BASILAN

WHEREAS, on 25 April 2019, Thursday, the City of Isabela, Province of Basilan, will mark the celebration of its 18th Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Isabela, be

given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Thursday, 25 April 2019, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Isabela, Province of Basilan.
