DECLARING SATURDAY, MARCH 30, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY
WHEREAS, March 30, 1991 falls on a Saturday between Good Friday and Easter Sunday, both regular holidays;
WHEREAS, the said day, March 30, 1991, may be declared a special day without detriment to public service, to allow our people uninterrupted opportunity to observe and ponder on the significance of the lenten season;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, March 30, 1991, a special day through- out the country. The day shall be a non-working special day.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal’ of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
