PROCLAMATION NO. 708

DECLARING FRIDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DUMAGUETE

WHEREAS, Friday, October 29, 2004, St. Paul University of the City of the Dumaguete marks its Centennial Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dumaguete be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, October 29, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Dumaguete.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused. the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
