Proclamation No. 709, s. 1991 - Signed on March 26, 1991: Excluding from the operation of Proclamation No. 237, dated December 19, 1955, which established the military reservation known as Fort Magsaysay, situated in the municipalities of Papaya (now. Gen. Tinio), Sta. Rosa and Laur, province of Nueva Ecija and portion of Quezon Province, island of Luzon, Philippines, certain portions of the land embraced therein known as Barangay Militar and declaring the same open to disposition under the provisions of Republic Act No. 730 in relation to the provisions of the Public Land Act as amended.
