BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 709

DECLARING THURSDAY, 02 MAY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAUAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 02 May 2019, Thursday, the Municipality of Bauan, Province of Batangas, will mark the celebration of its Sublian Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bauan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate. in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 02 May 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bauan, Province of Batangas.
