BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 709

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 16 OCTOBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CULABA, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN

WHEREAS, on 16 October 2024, Wednesday, the Municipality of Culaba, Province of Biliran will mark the celebration of its 718t Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Culaba be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 16 October 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Culaba, Province of Biliran.
