Upon recommendation of the Director of Morestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Netural Nesources and suant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Ravised Adbinistentive Code, as anended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, PERDIWAIM E, MARCOS, President of the Piilispinoes, do heraby withdraw fron entry, ssle, settlement or otller disposition pad establishthe parcels of public donain known as Dirherland, Mueve Vizcaya Land Classification Project Nos. 1-J, 2-N and M-E, situated in the Municipalities of Bogobag¢, Solanc and Diffun, Proyince of Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines, deuerented and eet=blished under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-874, Gated March 25, 1960, as Forest Reserve for wood production, watershed, soil orotection and other forest purposes, subject $o private rights, if any there be, and place tie sane under the adriinistration and control of the Director of Porestry who shall heave the authority to regulate the use and oceupancy of said Vorest Reserve and the cutting, collecting, and Pepoving of tinbtr and other forest products therein in @ccortance ‘fith the Forest Laws ant Rerulations.
