BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 710

DECLARING TUESDAY, 11 FEBRUARY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA

WHEREAS, on Tuesday, 11 February 2014, the City of lriga marks the celebration of the Tinagba Festival, an ancient Bicolano First-Harvest Offering;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of iriga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Tuesday, 11 February 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga.
