BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 711

DECLARING FRIDAY, 03 MAY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. CRUZ, PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE

WHEREAS, on 03 May 2019, Friday, the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Marinduque, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary, known as the Santa Cruz Day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people. of the Municipality.of Sta. Cruz be given full opportunity to elebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 03 May 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Marinduque.
