CP CLARING THE WEEK APRIL 13 TO 21 OF EVERY YEAR AS "POSITIVE THINKING WEEK" :

ee WHEREAS, positive thinking enriches one’s personality, and keeps God's blessings flowing into the ‘Cup of Life;*

WHEREAS, . being positive in mind and spirit creates an envireannent Filled with love, peace and harRenys ¥, WHERE@QS, positive thinking brings one closer to the ideals oF truths Beauty and happiness;

WHEREAS, given the significance of positiVism to various art organizations, it is but proper to give due recognition to the initiatives oF these organizations in the promotion of nogsikivismes .

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, Fresident of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the week April 13 to 21 of every year. as "Positive Thinking Week.”
