BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 712

DECLARING MONDAY, 06 MAY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTIAGO

WHEREAS, on 05 May 2019, Sunday, the City of Santiago will mark the *’ celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

.. WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Santiago to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, 06 May 2019, be declared a special (non-working) day in lieu of 05 May 2019, which falls on a Sunday; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting andsproper that the people of the City of Santiago be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 06 May 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santiago.
