BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 713

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 08 MAY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PRESIDENT ROXAS, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 08 May 2019, Wednesday, the Municipality of President Roxas, Province of Cotabato, will mark its 52" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of President Roxas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; .

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 08 May 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of President Roxas; Province of Cotabato.
