BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 713

DECLARING FRIDAY, 22 NOVEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, on 22 November 2024, Friday, the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija, will celebrate the annual festival of thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 22 November 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija.
