DECLARING TUESDAY, 11 FEBRUARY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TALISAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
WHEREAS, Tuesday, 11 February 2014, marks the 16" Charter Day anniversary of the City of Talisay, Negros Occidental;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Talisay, Negros Occidental be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, !, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, 11 February 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Talisay, Negros Occidental.
