BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 714

DECLARING TUESDAY, 07 MAY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 07 May 2019, Tuesday, the City of San Pablo, Province of Laguna, will mark the celebration of its 79" Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President~ RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 07 May 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo, Province of Laguna.
