BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 714

DECLARING THURSDAY, 05 DECEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, on 05 December 2024, Thursday, the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija, will mark the celebration of its 59°" Foundation Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 05 December 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija.
