DECLARING THURSDAY, 13 FEBRUARY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PARANAQUE
WHEREAS, Thursday, 13 February 2014, marks the commemoration of the 16" Cityhood anniversary of the City of Parafiaque;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of ‘Parafaque be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR.. Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, 13 February 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of ParaAaque.
