PROCLAMATION NO. 716

DECLARING SATURDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2004 AS SPECIAL (NON- — WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALBAYOG

WHEREAS, Saturday, October 16, 2004, marks the Charter Anniversary of the City of Calbayog;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calbayog be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, October 16, 2004 as special (non-working) day in the City of Calbayog.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
