AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 713 DATED APRIL 17, 1991 DECLARING THE , EXISTENCE OF A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN CERTAIN MUNICI- PALITIES. IN THE PROVINCES OF BATANGAS AND ZAMBALES IN VIEW OFTHE. PRESENT ACTIVITIES OF THE TAAL VOLCANO AND MT. PINA- TUBO TO INCLUDE THEREIN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BAMBAN AND CAPAS IN TARLAC PROVINCE.

WHEREAS, the Secretary of National. Defense as Chairman of _ the National. Disaster Coordinating Council recommends that the municipalities of Bamban and Capas in Tarlac province be also declared under a state of public calamity in view of the present volcanic activity of Mt. Pinatubo.

NOW, THEREFORE, 1, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philip- pines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 713 dated April 17, 1991 declaring the existence of a state of public calamity in certain municipalities in the provinces of Batangas and Zambales in v.iew of the present activities of the Taal Volcano and Mt. Pinatubo to include therein the municipalities of Bamban and Capas in the province of Tarlac. +
