RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE LA UNION HLELGNTARY SCHOOL & CERTAIN PARCHL OF LAND OF THE = ea DOMsIN SITUATED IN THE BakRIO OF LA UNION wy ICIPuLITY OF SAN ISIDRO, PROVINCE OF ‘DAVAO ORIENTAL ISLAND OF. MINDANKO.

Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural: Resources and by virtue of the. powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. ACUINO, Presi- dent of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes wnder the adwinistration of the Minister of Elucation, Culture & Sports, subject to private rirhts, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barrio La Union, Municipality of San. Isidro, Province of Davao Oriental, Isiand of Mindanao, more particularly described as follows:
