PROCLAMATION NO. 72

DECLARING FRIDAY, 04 NOVEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 04 November 2022, Friday, the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its annual festival;

WHEREAS it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Carlos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, !, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 04 November 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Carlos.
