BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 720

DECLARING THURSDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SARANGANI

WHEREAS, on 28 November 2024, Thursday, the Province of Sarangani will mark the celebration of its 32"4 Foundation Anniversary and the 22"? MunaTo Festival:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Sarangani be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 28 November 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Sarangani.
