BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 723

DECLARING TUESDAY, MAY 7, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, Tuesday, May 7, 1991, marks the 5lst Charter Anniversary of the City of San Pablo;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of San Pablo should be given full opportunity to celebrate the day with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 27, Chapter 7, Book I of the Adminis- trative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, May 7, 1991, as a special day in the City of San Pablo.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
