DECLARING THURSDAY, 27 FEBRUARY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS
WHEREAS, Thursday, 27 February 2014, marks the commemoration of
the 75"" Foundation Day anniversary and the 25" Kalilangan Festival of the City of General Santos; 7
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full Opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
